Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to cancel your account with BizzTrade, you need to login to your back-office on www.BizzTrade.com and send a Support Ticket. Alternatively, you may send us a request via email, from your registered email address. Please mention ‘Account Cancellation’ as the subject. Kindly note that cancellation requests sent otherwise (e.g. Text message, from any other email address etc.) shall not be entertained. You may request a refund within 24 hours of enrollment. Should you cancel within this timeframe, any fee paid shall be refunded to you within 10 business days.


REFUND POLICY:

BizzTrade offers a 24 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee to all its customers and therefore offers a full refund of any payments made to the Company. All subsequent fees or payments are nonrefundable. A longer refund period is commercially impractical due to the digital nature of the service.
